An experiment in minimalism. The limited use of brush stroke, color and canvas space taught me a lesson on restraint. This was one of the more difficult pieces I've created so far.

O, Diosa Series
‘Karaia’ is the first of the ‘O, Diosa’ (Oh, Goddess)
series; A study in sculpting the female figure using polymer clay. ‘Karaia’ means moon in Taino.
